 | Edward O’Connor /- President and Director/
Mr. O'Connor, President and director since March 2001, also served as the Optionable CEO and Treasurer from March 2004 to October 2005. He brings to the company more than 20 years of experience and a successful track record in options trading and the options brokerage business. In addition to his duties at Optionable, Mr. O'Connor also serves as Managing Director of Capital Energy Services, LLC (formerly Orion Energy Services, LLC), an energy options brokerage business on the New York Mercantile Exchange. He has held this position since December 1996. In 1989, Mr. O’Connor founded and acted as President of FX Options, an independent floor brokerage company that traded crude oil and natural gas options, as well as gold and silver options. Prior to founding his own business, Mr. O’Connor was a partner at Mintz, Marcus, Gold, and Co., where he oversaw options trading and execution. Mr. O’Connor began his options trading career in the early 1980's as a manager and precious metals trader for ACLI International Commodity Services, Inc., which was acquired by Donaldson, Lufkin and Jenrette Futures, Inc.
|  | Marc-Andre Boisseau /- Chief Financial Officer/
Marc-Andre Boisseau, Chief Financial Officer – Mr. Boisseau has served as Chief Financial Officer since December 2004. Since January 2002, he has served as an advisor to small and medium publicly traded and private companies on financial, tax and accounting matters. Between January 2000 and December 2001, he served as Vice-President Finance of DataCore Software, Inc., a privately held software developer. Prior to that, he served as Chief Accounting Officer (from May 1997 to December 1999) and Vice President Controller (from January 1, 1998 to December 1999) of Citrix Systems, Inc. a publicly traded software developer. Mr. Boisseau is a certified public accountant. |

Mr. Zucker is a co-founder of the Company and has served as our Executive Vice President since April 2004. Prior to that, he served as our Senior Vice President from 2000 through March 2004. Mr. Zucker also served as Executive Vice President of iDerive, Inc from February 2000 to January 2001. Prior to that, he served as an analyst at West End Capital, a private investment fund, from 1999 through January 2000. He also spent time as a market maker in cotton options on the New York Cotton Exchange.

Mr. Wilson has served as Chief Technology Officer since 2004. He has more than 20 years of computer and technology experience Optionable, as well as a proven track record of bringing new technologies to market in growing organizations, whether in start-up mode or within large organizations. Mr. Wilson has worked on a wide range of technologies, including parallel processing systems, high-end supercomputers, distributed systems, voice recognition, audio mining, solid object modeling, natural language processing, customer relationship management, web services and software for the financial services industry. Since 2003, Mr. Wilson also has served as CEO of Netserity, Inc., a technology consulting service. Prior to founding Netserity, he served as CEO of Atomic Dog Publishing, and before that co-founded and served as CEO of Anserity. Prior to branching out on his own, Mr. Wilson served as General Manager for the Computer Systems Division of Hyundai Electronics and president and CEO of Axil Computer, Inc. (a Hyundai subsidiary). |
