RealMarks

OPEX Analytics RealMarks provides specific market information based on actual market quotes obtained by Optionable.

We provide both scheduled and on-demand reports - with a response time of less than 24 hours for most on-demand reports

On-Demand - are either pre-paid in a package or sold ala carte. The customer submits a RealMarks Request grid on-demand, and we will try to respond within 24 hours*
Pre-Set - are pre-scheduled as part of a customer's package (ie weekly, monthly, etc). Initially a customer submits a RealMarks Request grid three days in advance of the first due date. Then, on subsequent scheduled dates, the customer will be notified five days prior to the due date, to make any updates no less than three days prior to the due date. If they do not have any updates, they simply do nothing and we proceed based on the market grid we already have from the previous request. We will try to respond to Pre-Set requests within 72 hours*.

* ALTHOUGH WE WILL TRY TO RESPOND WITHIN THE TIME ALLOCATED, THERE ARE NO GUARANTEES ON RESPONSE TIME AND/OR ON OUR ABILITY TO PROVIDE ALL MARKETS.

Analysts are ready to take requests for trading markets at any time during the business day (M-F 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM EST)
RealMarks Request grids are fully customizable. We offer a standard format and can work with you to customize it to your liking.
Once you send in your Request grid OPEX RealMarks analysts then work with our brokerage team to obtain the information you requested.

Bi-monthly Scheduled; Mid-month and End of Month
7 On-Demand requests per month
Limited to a total of 100 markets per month with no more than 20 per request

Weekly Scheduled - end of week reports
15 On-Demand requests per month
Limited to a total of 250 markets per month with no more than 20 per request
